Client Notice: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in or using the services of IB Your Mine. By registering or completing a payment, the Client (Student and/or Parent/Guardian) is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
- IB Your Mine provides tutoring, academic mentoring (Extended Essay, TOK, IA, & Subject HL/SL), and study strategy consulting for the IB Diploma Programme.
- Services are strictly mentorship, instruction, and structured guidance. IB Your Mine DOES NOT provide ghostwriting, academic proxy, or instant paper writing services.
2. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY & ETHICS
- All final academic work (EE, TOK, IA, etc.) remains the sole responsibility of the Student.
- Tutors/Educators act strictly as mentors and guides in accordance with International Baccalaureate (IB) academic integrity guidelines.
3. PAYMENT & FEES
- Full payment must be completed prior to the start of the first session or tutoring package.
- Payments must be made through official channels designated by IB Your Mine.
- All fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the event of a unilateral service cancellation by IB Your Mine.
4. SCHEDULE, RESCHEDULING & LATENESS

| Cancellation Notice | Must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the session. |
| Emergency Reschedule (<24 hrs) | The session will be forfeited, except in cases of medical emergencies (with a valid doctor’s note) or force majeure. |
| Student Lateness | The session duration will be reduced accordingly without extension. |
| Tutor Lateness | Lost time will be fully compensated at the end of the session or made up in a rescheduled slot. |
5. PACKAGE EXPIRATION
- Each tutoring package carries an expiration period as specified at the time of purchase.
- Unused sessions past the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRIVACY
- All learning materials, modules, and resources provided by IB Your Mine are confidential and strictly for personal student use (distribution or resale is prohibited).
- IB Your Mine strictly protects the personal data of Students and Parents/Guardians in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
7. RIGHT TO TERMINATE SERVICE
IB Your Mine reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a Student or Parent engages in verbal/non-verbal abuse, harassment, or severe ethical violations toward Tutors or Staff, without any entitlement to a refund.
